Help with the dreaded Cold Calling
For most people in business the toughest part of finding new business is cold calling, and that includes seasoned (don't I mean old?) sales professionals. I screwed up on one yesterday where I temporarily forgot the cardinal rule, which is to always put yourself in the other guys/gals shoes. It always helps to prepare and take advice.
